True to its name, our “Golden Serum” is packed with golden ingredients. This serum is bold, potent and concentrated, effective as an under eye cream or for when you sense that your skin needs a rejuvenating boost; yet, it’s gentle enough to finish off your daily skincare routine, should you wish to. Composed of calendula infused jojoba oil, squalane, sea buckthorn berry extract and beeswax, this powerhouse serum holds the potential to provide anti-aging benefits, reduction in inflammation, deep moisturisation, and reduction in appearance of dark spots. 

* The calendula-infused jojoba oil mimics the skin’s sebum and provides this serum with its wound-healing and anti-inflammatory properties (among many other things!). 

* Squalane acts as an emollient, locking in moisture while leaving the skin with a matte finish. It’s also a natural lipid found in human skin, and when added to skincare it acts as a supplementary support as we age. 

* Sea buckthorn berry extract is rich in the antioxidants vitamin C and E, which neutralise free radicals, brightening skin tone and reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation. It’s also a light protector against UV rays. One of our favorite properties of sea buckthorn berry extract is the fact that its vitamin C content stimulates collagen synthesis, contributing to skin elasticity and a youthfulness! 

* Beeswax, a firm constant in our products, provides anti-microbial, wound-healing and emollient properties to further boost the benefits that our Golden Serum provides. 

*note: The presence of powerful flavonoids in this serum is what makes up its deep, golden-orange colour. Feel free to experiment with the amount applied, as excess could cause an orange glow to remain longer than desired. A little goes a long way, and I promise your skin will drink in the glow before you face the world; just make sure to massage it in evenly.
